Once we have had a chat to decided what kind of deal you are
looking for, what area you are looking to invest in and how
many properties you need. We then proceed to get out there and
source potential deals for you. Once we have found the perfect
sites for you to invest, we then meet again, and we run
through the deal with you the investor. You receive a deal
sheet which describes what kind of property it is, the area
its located. The deal sheet explains how much you need to
invest, how much potential equity you can draw down after 6
months, how much your mortgage payments will be and how much
rent you can receive from the property.
Once you have decided you are interested, we can proceed with
a viewing, and if all is 'go green' we can proceed with the
sale.
We have excellent team of mortgage brokers and solicitors and
if you decided to use them, they usually can push a sale
through within four weeks. which means you start to see a
return on your investment pretty much straight away.
